Convenient Weekday Service Schedule. Our service hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Temporary Transportation. We have courtesy cars available to our service customers for a
nominal daily fee. We are happy to accommodate our local customers in any way we can with free
pick-ups and drop-off's within the vicinity of our shop. Just schedule ahead of time and we'll make the arrangements!

Comprehensive, Up-to-date Technology. In addition to our 40+ years of expertise and
extensive printed resource materials and manuals at our disposal, our shop uses the Alldata
computerized information system. The Alldata system give our technicians immediate access to all the latest information, including factory recalls and bulletins for any import vehicle. We can print out your next service interval, estimates, and consumer information on things such as timing belts, brakes, etc.

Simple and Honest Answers. Consumer education and understanding is an important part of our relationship with our customers. We want to be very clear about the work we estimate and propose, including what we recommend for your auto BEFORE we do the work, what your service options are, and thorough explanations and guaranteed satisfaction AFTER we complete the repairs. Open Doors and Open Ears. At Sierra's we'll gladly take you into the shop, show you exactly what we are doing, and show you your old parts. Here at Sierra Auto we have an open-door policy with our customers and we welcome an open dialogue with our technicians and encourage you to keep asking questions until you understand!!
